Welcome to the members’ help section. You can find written descriptions and step-by-step instruction videos about how to make a reservation as a club member, and about other members only features of the website.

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions regarding the new website, please send an e-mail to office@pennclub.co.uk.

Members’ bookings

There is a members only booking facility available on the website, please use this to get the members rate. On the main red menu bar, move the mouse over ‘Members’ Area’ and from the roll-down options please choose Members’ Bookings. The site will prompt you to log in. Once you logged in, you can use the booking calendar to reserve a room.

Change password, or request new password

Your original ¬†password will be a computer generated sting of characters, which you will be able change once you logged in to the Members’ Area on the website.
